"Corn Paneer with Gravy"

Paneer in Indian Cuisine is known worldwide as fresh cheese, which is very commonly used. Its made by curdling heated milk with lemon juice, vinegar, or any other food acids. Its crumbly and moist form is also as called chhena in eastern India.

We heard many dishes with Paneer (fresh cheese), lets give some twist and introduced something new " Corn Paneer with Gravy"

Let me first show you how it looks like..

Now, you may have question, how we can make this. Let me first tell you, it takes only 20-25 minutes maximum to cook. Surprised..let me help you how ?

Here we go...

Step -1 : Paneer (Fresh Cheese) mixture

  • Take Crumbled Paneer (Fresh Cheese) 200 Gram , 1/2 Cup sweet corn, 1 Chopped Onion, Salt and Garam Masala.
  • Now take a pan with 1 teaspoon of olive/any oil
  • Add Chopped onion, Garam Masala and salt to it.
  • Once you feel, onion is moist, then add sweet corn to it.
  • Keep it for 5-6 minutes, so that corn get soft. 
  • Now add Crumbled Paneer to it. And make a mixture of it.
  • Also, with help of spoons, arrange mixture in plate in whatever shape you want, so that once it cool down in that shape, you will a add gravy later.

Step -2 : Tomato Gravy 


  • Take 3-4 Tomatoes , Tomato Puree 100gm , Cinnamon, Garam Masala, Salt , Red Chilli powder (as per taste), 1-2 Clove , 1 Black Cardamom.
  • Add 1 tea spoon oil to pan.
  • Add Cinnamon, 1-2 Clove , 1 Black Cardamom in warm oil
  • Now add Tomato Puree and also add grind fresh tomatoes paste
  • Add little water if you feel its very thick.
  • Now keep this for 3-4 minutes, then add Salt , Garam Masala and Red Chill powder as per taste.
  • Keep again for 6-7 minutes at medium heat.


Step -3 : Serve it

  • Pour the tomato gravy slowly to vessel in which Paneer was placed earlier.
  • Garnish with Green chilli or Coriander leaves.

Samosa : World's most Popular Snack


 

Oil Free Samosa
Samosa, its world's most popular snack. Its available around the world and also available with different types of fillings like Potato (Aloo), Peas (Mutter), Onion, Cheese, Etc.
Lets do one twist and ask you a simple question. Do you ever heard "oil free Samosa". I will show you, how its possible to have oil free Samosa. :)

I will show you, how to prepare Samosas. Lets do this time "Peas Samosa", means filling is with Peas (Mutter). Will not delay, lets start and prepare "Peas Samosas" quickly.

 Step-1:  Prepare dough  (10-12 samosas)
- To prepare dough, take a cup of  White flour (Maida).
- Add Salt, Ajwain seeds, Butter/oil (1-2 tea spoon).
- Add appropriate warm water to make dough. Make sure it will be hard not very soft dough.
- Cover & keep it for 30 minutes

 Step-2:  Mixture Preparation (10-12 samosas)
- Start with a cup full of Green Peas.
- In a non-stick pan, take 1 tea-spoon of oil.
- Add Cumin seeds, Turmeric, Coriander powder, Gram Masala, as per your taste.
- Add green peas to the pan, and warm it for 5 minutes to make dry peas. 
- Add Dry Mango powder and Coriander & Salt to it.
- Keep mixture in different bowl, keep it for 10-15 minutes to make it cool.

  Step-3:  Make Samosas (10-12 samosas)
- Now make small equal balls of dough.
- Flatten balls to make sheets from each ball with roller.
- Cut sheet in two parts, with one sheet we can make two samosas.
- Now take water in a bowl, its to pasting ends.
- Take one part of sheet and join with help of water to make cone.
- Fill the cone with mixture and apply water to join the pocket to make samosa. 
- Same goes for all Samosas
Raw Samosa
 Step-4 : Make ready Samosas to eat
- Now my Philips Fryer will help to provide "Oil Free Samosas".
- Keep Samosas in Philips Fryer and operate it for 6-7 min @ 120 deg Celsius.
- Open it, and with help of oil brush, apply olive/refined oil to all samosas. Make sure for 12 samosas you only need to apply less than one tea spoon oil.
- Again, put it for 8-10 min @ 180 dge Celsius.


Open it and serve Samosa with chutney , tomato ketchup etc. :)
