"Aloo ki subz katori"

I was sitting one day and my wife was preparing food, as we invited her sister and mine sister-in-law's family. It became very challenging to decide "SNACKS" as we both want to make something new and with less oil. This word "SNACK" confuses me and a very first thought is to bring something from market.

Still we both were discussing on same topic and she started preparing main course dishes, which already decided one day before, its straight forward. As my wife likes to cook.

Still thinking again...no cues...yet...

Suddenly I just saw our Philips Airfryer, its black in colour and I am blank in thoughts with Snacks word.

After few minutes, I just thought to make something, as i changed my attitude and took as a challenge.

I thought something, let me show you pic first, then will share you recipe.

I called this snack as "Aloo ki subz katori"

First question to you all, how is my first effort..??
Will wait for your responses. As, I got my reward, when my wife says "WoW" and also whoever ate.

Now question asked from me...how you prepare in 15-20 minutes. I just thanks to "Philips Airfryer" my secret partner. ;)

Can we discuss now, how I prepared this ?? do you really want to know and try..please reply me also when you try this.

Lets discuss how...!!

First Step : Make "Aloo katori"

Took 12 medium size potatoes, most common think in this world.
- Wash and peel them properly.
- Cut one side of potato to make plain base, as you have to make them stand on plate.
- Make groove from other side, I used spoon's back-side for this. Make sure you will not touch the base of potato. Also, don't make potato's wall too thin.
- See first step, "Aloo katori" done.

Second Step: Make  "Subz Mixture"
- Took onion, green peas, paneer, sweet corn etc.
- Put all on non-stick pan, just to make dry.
- Add Catch salt, Catch pepper, cumin, garam masala, coriander power, chilli powder, Chunky chat masala (M.D.H) as per your taste.
- Stir it for 3-4 minutes, just make sure all mixed properly
- Mixture is now ready.

Third Step : Completion of task to get "Aloo ki subz katori"
- Fill mixture to potatoes, press while filling so that mixture reaches till bottom.
- Add olive/any oil, just for coating with brush only. I only put 1 teaspoon oil for 12 potatoes.
- Put in now in #Philips #Airfryer for 10 minutes for 120 deg Celsius.

- Now, more interesting part, put some cheese on top.
-  Again, put in #Philips Airfryer for 4 minutes for 180 deg Celsius.

Now what ??? Its ready...please serve it with chutney and tomato ketchu.. :)

That's how I can now say, "#Cooking Is #Interesting, Its Not Difficult"

I tried #Samosas also, will tell this in my next blog...
